Image Usage Terms for Members of Epic Shot Society

Welcome to the Epic Shot Society! As a member of our community, you have access to a collection of my photography images, which are provided exclusively for practice purposes. Please carefully review the following terms of use:

1. Permitted Use

• Editing for Practice: Members are allowed to download and edit the provided images solely for personal practice. This includes color correction, cropping, retouching, and any other forms of editing to enhance technical skills.

• Sharing within the Community: Edited versions of the images may be shared within the Epic Shot Society community, including on the platform’s forums, group critiques, and internal galleries.

2. Restricted Use

• No Commercial Use: The images are provided strictly for non-commercial use. Members are prohibited from using the images in any commercial context, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, selling, or licensing.

• No Distribution: Members are not allowed to distribute, share, or make available the original or edited images to anyone outside the Epic Shot Society community. This includes posting the images on public websites, social media, or sharing them with non-members.

• No Alteration of Ownership Information: Any metadata, watermarks, or ownership information embedded in the images must not be removed, altered, or obscured.

3. Credit and Attribution

• Attribution: While it is not required, crediting the original photographer when sharing edited images within the community is appreciated.

• No False Attribution: Members must not falsely claim authorship of the original images.

4. Termination of Use

• Upon Membership Termination: If a member’s membership is terminated or they choose to leave the community, all access to the images must cease immediately. Members are required to delete any copies of the images they have downloaded.

5. Legal Compliance

• Copyright Adherence: All images provided to the community are protected by copyright law. Members must adhere to all relevant copyright regulations when using these images.

• Liability: Members who violate these terms may face legal action and will be held responsible for any resulting damages or legal fees.

6. Changes to the Terms

• Updates: These terms may be updated periodically. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the images after changes are made will constitute acceptance of the new terms.
